You must be accepted to the college and have received your GGC user ID to apply. Housing is only available to accepted GGC Students. You must be in good academic standing, and by payment deadline, you must be enrolled in 12 credit hours.

Click "Student Login" at the top of the page, and use your GGC account to log in.

We are excited to welcome you to Student Housing. We believe Student Housing is an important part of your collegiate experience, as living on campus offers students the best foundation for success through bringing residents into contact with numerous campus resources, talented faculty, and student affairs administrators who want to make a difference in the lives of students.
We seek to work with students who are eligible to receive housing accommodations.
We offer:
• Wheelchair accessible bedroom and bathroom
• Bedroom equipped with a fire alarm strobe
• Assistive animals - The animal must be necessary for the resident with a disability to have equal access to housing and the accommodation must also be reasonable.
If you are a student with a documented disability, and you are considering living on campus, you should contact the Office of Disability Services.
Application Deadlines and Move In and Move Out Dates
Summer Sessions (A/B/Full)
7/24/26 Summer B/Full Sessions Move-Out by 12pm (noon)
Academic Year 2026-2027
3/1/26 AY 2026-2027 application opens
7/31/26 AY 2026-2027 application deadline will be extended. Since the deadline has been extended, we will process all applications once a week over the weekends and make room assignments.
8/6-8/7/2026 AY 2026-2027 Move-In 9am-5pm
8/21/26 AY 2026-2027 application closes at 5pm
8/28/26 After room is assigned and housing charges are on your student account, this is the last day to pay your balance and move into Student Housing for AY 2026-2027 by 3pm
Fall 2026 B Session
9/4/26 Fall B Session application opens (this application is for Fall 2026 B Session and Spring 2027 semester)
10/2/26 Fall B Session application closes
10/2/26 Fall B Session Move-In 10am-3pm
10/9/26 After room is assigned and housing charges are on your student account, this is the last day to pay your balance and move into Student Housing for Fall 2026 B Session by 3pm
Winter Break
12/9/26 by 12pm (noon) - 1/6/27 - all residents must vacate Student Housing during this break
Spring 2027 (Only)
1/7-1/8/27 Spring 2027 Move-In
